For Participants receiving Utility Reimbursements Payments:
Utility reimbursement payments (URP) will automatically be loaded onto a U.S. Bank ReliaCard® as long as you remain eligible for these payments.
ReliaCard is a Mastercard® prepaid debit card issued by U.S. Bank. Your payments will automatically be loaded to your card each month or accordingly. You will have access to your funds right away and you can use your card to make purchases, pay bills or get cash anywhere Mastercard® is accepted.
Your card will be delivered to you at the mailing address we have on file within thirty (30) days after it has been determined that you are eligible to receive a utility reimbursement payment. A cardholder agreement, activation instructions, usage guide, and Fee Schedule will be included with your new card. Please keep these documents for your records and use.
