Decatur Housing (DH) will open its online waitlist for income-restricted apartments under the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program for Village at Legacy - Phase I and Phase II located in Decatur, GA, 30030.

• The waiting list will be open from Wednesday, April 2, 2025, through Friday, April 4th, 2025, ONLY.

• This is an online application only the following website will open at 8:00am on Wednesday April 2nd through 5:00pm on April 4, 2025.
