SUBJECT:  NOTICE REGULAR MEETING

The joint Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners ("DH") of Decatur Housing, and the Board of Directors (PAH I) of Preserving Affordable Housing, Inc. will be held on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at 4:30 PM.  At the offices of Decatur Housing, 511 W. Trinity Pl., Decatur, Georgia.

The agenda will include:

  1. Approval of the Minutes of the DH and PAH Meeting of February 11, 2026.
  2. CEO/Executive Report
  3. Operations Report
  4. Consideration of a Resolution accepting the Authority's Financial Reports January.
  5. Consideration of a Resolution approving the Monthly Credit Card Statement March.
  6. Executive Session
    1. Consideration of a Motion to enter Executive Session
    2. Consideration of a Motion to close the Executive Session and enter back into the Regular Meeting.
  7. Any other business to lawfully come before the Board.
