Emergency work orders – Although our offices will be closed to the public until further
notice, our maintenance team will be available to complete any emergency work orders
during and after normal business hours. Remember we will not conduct any in-person
business. To request an emergency work order after normal business hours, please
call 404-373-4460. During normal business hours please contact the specific office
you reside in by telephone, fax or sending an email as noted in the “Office Hours”
Routine (Non-Emergency) work orders – Until further notice, our maintenance team
will only be available to respond to emergency work orders as noted above.
Work Order Questions – How doe these changes and protocols directly affect you as
our resident? Prior to entering your home for any reason, you will receive a phone
call from our maintenance team. The team will be asking a few simple questions about
your current health status members can safely be in contact with your home. Your
honest answers and transparency will help keep all associates safe at work, as well
as your fellow residents.
