In light of the Governor’s announcement and with concerns continuing to arise with
the emerging spread of COVID-19 (“Coronavirus”), it is important that necessary precautions
are taken to ensure our residents and staff are protected as much as possible from
the spread of this virus.
Effective Monday, March 16, 2020, DHA will be implementing the following changes

Office Hours - Our offices will be closed to the public effective Monday, March 16,
2020 until further notice.
Resident questions - DHA will be using its website as the main form of communication
for important updates and any developing information - www.decaturhousing.org.
For general questions are concerns during normal business hours, please contact the
specific office you reside in by telephone, fax or sending an email as noted in the
“Office Hours” section.
During this time, we strongly encourage everyone to refer to official government
channels for updated and current information. The Centers for Disease Control and
Prevention (CDC) continues to provide updates and insight from medical professionals.
